Having studied economics at Cambridge university I went on to become a screen writer having my first two screenplays produced by Film Four and Columbia Tri-star before graduation. I went on to direct TV commercials, run companies and play poker professionally in Las Vegas. I am currently one of the UK's most prolific motivational speakers having spoken over 2,500 times in the last 15 years for over 500 clients including Google, IBM, McDonalds, Visa, Coca Cola, BBC, Microsoft, Shell, and PWC.

I am a speaker on the principles of decision-making to the biggest blue chip companies in the world. Before that I was a trainer for the Mind Gym coaching senior teams and also owner and CEO of a video production company with 40 employees and 200% annual growth rate year on year.
